  Giriş işlemi sırasında gerekli belgelere ilişkin şartlar, konaklama tipine ve ilgili yönetmeliklere bağlı olarak farklılık gösterir. Oteller ve diğer konaklama tesisleri için; Rusya Federasyonu kimlik kartı, uluslar arası pasaport veya sürücü ehliyet belgesi kabul edilebilir. Giriş işleminin veya sözleşme akdinin belirli bir tesiste geçerli kurallara istinaden yapıldığı daireler, mobilyalı kiralık daireler ve diğer tesislerde; gerekli belgeler, bizzat tesis idaresi tarafından belirlenir.

  Rules for accommodation with pets:

  The hotel does not allow accommodation with wild animals or animals that pose a potential danger to human life and health.

  Guide dogs serving the needs of people with disabilities are allowed to stay at no extra charge.

  Only small dogs of non-fighting breeds are allowed to live with animals. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accommodate a guest with an animal.

  Pets are allowed when a guest stays in a separate room. Accommodation with a pet is available for an additional fee 1000 ₽.

  The guest must have a special carrier (cage) for the animal and a special mat for his sleep. It is forbidden to leave the animal unattended and outside a special carrier (cage).

  To feed the animal, the guest must have special dishes with him.

  To meet the natural needs of an animal that does not require walking, the guest must bring a special tray or other special bedding.

  Throughout the hotel (corridors, halls, elevators, etc) and during walking, dogs must be muzzled, collared and on a leash, accompanied by the owner.

  It is forbidden for dogs to be in the catering area (restaurant, buffet, etc).

  Guests arriving at the hotel with an animal on vacation must have an animal passport and a certificate from a veterinarian with a note about all vaccinations that were given to the pet.

  Effective January 1, 2025, a requirement to formalize consent to the processing of personal data as a separate document will come into effect.

  The previous practice of including this consent in other agreements is no longer permitted. Therefore, the following procedure has been established: upon check-in, each guest must receive a completed registration card and a separate document—consent to the processing of personal data. Special conditions apply to minors and individuals recognized as legally incompetent.
